So, I'm not a hedgehog owner just yet (In fact, I'm currently $175 short and scheduled for a job interview tomorrow). However, I did already order a C&C cage and it came in the mail today! I'm so pleased with how it turned out-- it was easy to assemble and looks great!
The website I went through was guineapigcagesstore.com, and I can't say enough good things about it! The customer service was brilliant, when I sent in a question they responded right away and were friendly and helpful. According to their website, they can only do 6 inch coroplast walls, however, when I asked they informed me that ten inch walls were possible for an additional $8, which I decided would be worth it. When I went to pay for it, my internet went out and by the time I got it back, my paypal session had expired. In that time, however, they'd also emailed me with an offer to send me a paypal invoice, which they did as soon as I responded, and again, the whole time their customer service was fantastic! So polite and personable.
So, as I said, it was expensive compared to how much it would be if I'd made a cage myself, but I think it was totally worth it and I recommend this website to anyone looking for a C&C cage for their hedgie. :) I've attached some pictures ^^

When we were looking at just 1 hedgie I seriously considered the C&C. We ended up making a double bin 106qt sterilite cage with tons of space and holes and space and more space... for 1 hedgie it was awesome. But it took up quite a bit of space and wasn't practical for the 5 hedgies we ended up with. I'm sad to say all my pokey babes are in large gerbil cages at this time.
If the opportunity comes up again, or things get rearranged or something spectacular happens like a major influx of cash, I will keep the C&C in mind still and also this specific website. Good customer reviews are always the best advertisement!

At the moment I don't have a lid, but have no fear! The next thing on my shopping list is the materials for the lid. The website offers covered cages, however, I decided it would be more cost effective for me to make the lid myself since I actually already had the most expensive materials. :)
