Scrizzie loves her 12" clear ball to cruise around the house. She will go forever in that thing. Unfortunately, just like the saucer in her cage, she loves to poop in it as well. I let her run around in the ball for just a couple minutes, clean out the poop and she is good to go. The amazing part over the weeks she has gotten really good at not running into things in the house.

It sounds like you have a lot of stuff for her so she shouldn't get bored. Penelope has a ton of toys and she is lazy so she almost never plays with her toys unless it's her wheel or a baby sock lol.

Those type of balls are not recommended because of what you mentioned, running in their own feces and pee and also they can get their little toes caught in there and get hurt.

As I stated in my post she poops in the first minute of being in ball and it is cleaned. As far as possible injuries, there is always a possibility for anything to happen. I weigh the benefits of all the exercise she gets each morning with the joy and happiness it brings her against versus the chance something random could happen.
