I'm looking for some advice about feeding my 5 month old hedgehog Pancake fruits and veggies.
She's very fussy and seems to only like her biscuits and mealies (only live, she won't touch freeze-dried), I buy live mealies every month and give her a few every other day or so and I'm planning on gut loading my next batch to get some veggies in there.
My main question is what veggies have the most beneficial nutrients in them? I know what veggies she should and shouldn't have but I'm wondering if there are any hedgie "super-food" veggies (or fruits for that matter)? I worry her diet is very one dimensional, she does have a mix of 4 different brands in her biscuits but other than that and mealies she will only lap up a tiny amount of pureed fruit that I give her, I think she likes the sweetness the little chub!
Is her fussiness doing her any damage? She won't even touch cooked chicken or egg, you'd think I was poisoning her with the way she reacts to veggies
