I am planning on bathing my stinky girl this weekend. I usually put some warm water in the sink with a few drops of baby shampoo and take a toothbrush to her quills and belly. Food usually drips down her face from all of the annointing! So, she usually has an orange sweet potato streak for a few days lol!
I rinse her with water really well and then do a final rinse with oatmeal water . I do not rinse off the oatmeal water. Is this okay? Am I bathing her correctly?

I wouldn't use baby shampoo. It is very drying. Aveeno, unscented moisturizing body wash is what most people use. :)

Aveeno should be enough and if you don't have aveeno you can always use regular uncooked oatmeal in a sock or pouch to soak into the water :) Some ppl will add a little oil rinse if the hedgehogs skin looks dry or irriated but usuallly the Aveeno is all that is needed when I bath mine :)
