Anybody Help Me Out Here?

Anybody be able to help me out here. These were found in my hedgehogs cage (African Pigmy Hedgie if that helps). Just not sure what they are and if they are fatal/harmful to him. We also have 4 cats and 2 dogs so need to be sure they're not harmful to them either. Thanks in advance.

Hard to tell from picture, are they big? Do they smell? Do they form overnight or over time? But clear those out. What do you use for the hedgehog bedding?

See if after you clear out, does this thing reappear?

have you been feeding live bugs/insects to your hedgehog? That could cause some parasites inside the hedgehog poop. What bedding are you using?
