This is probably a "duh" question, but I thought I'd ask.

when they throw their meds back up, should you re-dose them or just wait until the next day?
Piper is currently on oral baytril(marshmallow flavor, yum).
Thanks! :)

It depends on how quickly they throw it up. If within a minute or two, I usually re-dose at almost the full dose.

Often when they throw it up it's because of the taste. Even flavoured it can be harsh, especially baytril. Try mixing it with a small amount of canned food and see if that helps. I usually use Hills A/D because it is easily syringed. :)

Thanks, Nancy.
It took her a while to throw it up, I think. I gave her the meds and let her go back to bed and checked her about an hour or so later.
I gave her some baby food right before meds today, because she didn't eat a whole lot yesterday. My last vet, with my previous baby, told me to give her food then meds to reduce nausea. (i think)
She's got a head tilt and we (the vet and i) don't really know whats wrong. I think she may have just gotten dizzy yesterday.

Hill is what I gave my last girl, is that the standard for sick hedges?
