Algerian and White bellied are the two "varieties" that pet hedgies come in. Whether a hedgehog is Algerian or WB depends on what characteristics it has, including looking at the mask, banding on the visor quills, toe count on the front feet, etc.
As for color genetics it's very hard to say as not much is known (though Bryan, the webmaster, would know the most). You absolutely can't know what you're going to get out of a pairing from only the parent's colors, and even then, you don't know if people ID'ed the parents correctly. You have slightly better chances if you can look back 6-8 generations of colors that are in the hedgie's background (again, not a ton of help if they aren't ID'ed right). Overall there's no guessing except to expect the common colors like brown, chocolate and grey more often than not.
As for your particular pairing, the litter could have both Algerians and White Bellied hedgies, of practically any color. Chocolates are most common, though.
