It will vary a lot. Veterinarians in different locations tend to charge different amounts. Some charge a lot more than others just to see an exotic. I've paid anywhere from 50-75 just to walk in the door. Most I spent was $100 just for the visit. Emergency visits are a lot more. After that, prices vary depending on what medication, and procedures are performed. Costs for those change a lot too. And I expect what I paid 2 years ago for something is a lot more today.

URI/UTIs can vary depending on if the hedgehog responds to the medication provided at first. If it doesn't, you may need to have tests done.

Cancer will depend on what is going on. If it can be surgically removed, expect $500. Some charge more, some charge less. Cost will also vary on how long it takes to remove it.

Hibernation attempts. If your hedgehog gets chilled, you should be able to warm them up without the need for a veterinarian.

WHS isn't treatable. The only way to diagnose it is post death via necropsy/lab tests. A veterinarian will try to determine if there is something else going on that is treatable, and depending on what they try, will vary the costs alot.

Basically I expect to spend at least $100 any time I go to a veterinarian. But you should have at least $500, possibly $1000 put away in case you need it.

Generally, hedgehogs are pretty healthy if taken care of properly. My hedgehogs don't normally get sick until they have something seriously wrong (cancer normally).
