I'm in Minnesota and I would love to take him. I live in Minneapolis and I'm not too sure how far away you are from me, but we could look into transportation services.
Feel free to shoot me an email at [email protected]

|kewalker||Unfortunately I never heard back from Mandy - Is there anyone else on here that would be willing to help me out. He is a really sweet boy!|

|Kalandra||Hopefully you can work something out with her. Time is a huge constraint, and knowing your limitations is a good thing. Good luck!|

|kewalker||Thanks Kalandra, I will reach out to her. I would love to keep him, I have had other exotics in the past and he is super cute but I know with 2 young kids, I can't give him the time and attention he needs.|

You may want to try contacting the Hedgehog Welfare Societies Indiana contact. Her information is:
If Mandy cannot help, post back here.
If you are interested in keeping him, and just aren't sure how to do it, let us know. We'd be happy to help "train" you to be a hedgehog owner .

Indianapolis - Need to rehome hedgehog
Hi everyone, I live in the Indianapolis area and have a hedgehog that I need to rehome. A co-worker of mine was the original owner and she needed to get rid of him because she had to help her mother to battle breast cancer. I had taken him to help her out. I know very little about him, no idea on age. She said that she handled him a lot when she first got him but he is pretty timid with me currently. I have a sterilite cage, igloo, wheel, food bowls, and water bottle to go with him. I did buy a litter pan to see if he would take to it but it has been going pretty slow. I also have a thermostat system for the cage. He seems like a really sweet boy and I think would do wonderfully with someone that had the time to spend with him.
