Re: When will weight gain slow down?

At four months old, she is almost fully grown. Her weight gain should be slowing down soon. If you could put up some pictures, we could have a better idea if she's still growing, or if she's getting chunky. If she is getting chunky, you should lower the fat content of her food.

Shadow's almost 4 months and he's doing the same thing. He eats Blue Buffalo and Chicken Soup for the Cat Lover's Soul Lite.

When will weight gain slow down?

Hello

Poptart is doing well but still growing at a rapid rate (averaging 30 grams a week). She now weighs 442 grams. She eats a mixture of Blue Buffalo and Welllness foods plus watermelon and hard boiled or scrambled egg. She is active on her wheel at night. My question is: is it normal to keep gaining like this at 4 months? She seems kind of pudgy but can still roll into a ball.

Thanks for any insight!
