Does your hedgie jolt right after he falls asleep?
My hedgie Skipper does this every so often too. It is almost like a hiccup, right?
In the beginning it made me really nervous, but I realized that it does not hurt him.

|autumnfox||I think she is just having some interesting dreams! I've had my girl do that once while she was sleeping on my lap. I would only be worried if it happened a LOT.|

|autumnfox||She could be dreaming? How often does it happen? Is there any way you could record her doing it and show us?|

Hedgehog jolting in sleep
My 8 month old(ish) hedgehog will go to sleep laying on me and suddenly she will do little jolts and small huffing noises. Not huffing noises like the ones she makes when she is angry, just very sharp sudden exhales. She does not seem bothered by them as she will continue to sleep and stops if I move but I was just wondering if it’s anything I should be worried about??
