If it is dry skin, you can give her an oatmeal bath. Put some plain oats in a sock, tie it, and squeeze it in the water. Its soothing for their skin. However, it is important to not bathe them too frequently (they shouldnt require bathing really much at all; just a wipe with a warm, wet rag) but in cases with severe dry skin, the initial bath would be recommended. Scrub with a toothbrush too to help remove the skin buildup, and hopefully that should help.
I am concerned that you mention shes literally leaving what appears to be dandruff when you place her down though. It could be just really bad dry skin, or it could be some underlying health condition (mites).

Lots of Dandruff?
I picked up my hedgie today and when I put her down, she left a lot of white flakes where her quills were on my hand. What is this and what should I do?
