|jamandbiscuits16||My little guy (He's 3 and 4 months) has been having trouble eating. We noticed a growth this week and are taking him in to see if its cancerous or not. Hedgies are super susceptible to these sorts of thing. He's been having a lot of teeth loss issues too and I'm right there with you. Its really hard as they start getting up there in age. Hoping the best for the both of us!|

Lump on neck
Recently I have noticed my four or five year old hedgie, Penny, has developed a lump on her neck. She was still eating and drinking. We took her to the vet two days ago and they said it might be an abscess that they could drain if the swelling goes down. They gave her steroids and antibiotics. The swelling was supposed to go down in 72 hours so hopefully we'll see improvements soon. However, she is unable to eat now (I assume due to how hard the cat food is) and I have been syringe feeding her. I am aware that this could be a tumor but am hoping for the best. Please let me know if you have had any similar situations.
