I'd look for a different breeder. Baby hedgehogs are obvious from birth. If this person cannot tell the sex, then what else is he clueless about.

You could get anything from greys to browns to albinos. You can't predict the colour of the babies from the colour of the parents. You would have to know the colours of their ancestors for 4-5...

At three weeks you really can't say much about adult colouring, they can darken completely, lighten, or become a totally different colour when they quill at 9 weeks.
