I encourage keeping a weight log! I try to weight Christina twice a week (doesn’t always happen twice haha) and I just track her weight to make sure she’s staying fairly consistent. It’s a good idea to weigh them every day for the first week or so to find a good average, but then you wouldn’t have to do it every day after that.

Yes! Its important to get into habit of regularly weighing them; you get more familiar with whats normal fluctuation for them and what's not. Being prey animals, they often hide symptoms of being sick - but weight loss is easy to spot, if you're weighing them regularly.

Even weighing them just once a week - it's good practice, and doesnt take more than a couple seconds.

As previously mentioned, I encourage it too!
It can help with noticing anything off with your hog. Like if it's in pain, it might loose weight, or if something else's wrong, it might pick up weight excessively quickly, so weighing is a great idea to make yourself familiar with your hog's eating patterns and weight patterns.
