White stuff under the eye

Hi, my hedgehog, dhan, is 5 months old an i noticed there's this white stuff under his eyes. I'm guessing that maybe its because he's a little obese.

Is it the obesity that caused this white thing to appear? Or is it a disease? Also, i was wonderingbis there any good way to get him in shape?

Can you post a picture so we can get a better idea of whether he's obese?

Can you tell if the white stuff is under his eye, but in the eye socket? Or if it's outside of the eye socket on his fur? I ask because males masturbate, and the result can be they get messy faces.

But if you can post a pic of both the white thing and his body shape, that would help.
