Unhappy Peeling feet

Well this may seem the tiniest bit odd, but the bottom of Beans feet are peeling...
They aren't swollen or bleeding or cracked or red, just peeling.
I'm not entirely sure if it is just residue left on his feet from running the night before, or maybe I'm making his bath too hot.
I'm not overly concerned because they really don't seem to be bothering him, I'm just trying to figure it out

Hm...I think my guess would be too much running? But I've never experienced the problem before, or seen a lot about it, so that's definitely just a guess. If you're concerned about the bath temp, make sure you're checking it with the inside of your wrist or elbow - those spots are more sensitive, so if it's too warm there, it's too warm for him. If it seems fine, it probably isn't too hot. If he doesn't seem to be uncomfortable and there's none of the other issues you mentioned, I would just keep an eye on it for now, I guess (unless someone like Nikki or Nancy or someone who's experienced it recommends otherwise, of course).

That sounds like he's running on his wheel to me. Pin got it too, it was just from the callous he had from running. I wouldnt worry too much, just keep an eye to make sure they don't split and bleed from too much running

I've never had peeling feet here nor have I heard of peeling feet other than caused by urine burns or scalded in the bath.

Does he have dry skin? A picture would be great.

When they sit in their urine and it burns their feet and/or bellies. Kind of like a diaper rash.

I feel the need to clarify the my "like" was not because I like the idea of hedgies sitting in urine. It was because you answered my question.

Here's an update: I called my vet, and she said it was okay as long as it isn't bothering him.
My new question is, if it is urine burns; like diaper rash, wouldn't it be irritating and painful for him? He does even seem to notice it at all.
Oh and in an answer to Nancy, he does have dry skin, which I have been working with my vet on for months now.

With urine burns his feet would be red, sore and possibly raw looking. You would be able to tell if his feet were either scalded from water or from urine and it doesn't sound like this is the case with your little guy.
