Unhappy lost feelings

my hedgehog just recently out of nowhere lost the control of his left side of his body.he couldnt move his left side of the body. he was laying down by my knee as i moved him his left side of his body didnt move. his right side was fine but he was trashing on the ground. i got worried and was wondering what was wrong. i picked him up and his eye was drifting off. his eye was buldging out a bit more and i made sure his eye didnt pop out so i made sure he closed his left eye every so often. i tried to made sure his legs were ok so i gently pulled and pushed his left limbs like front and back legs. he didnt hiss. he didnt mind and i wanted to make sure it wasnt wobby hedgehog syndrome (WHS). i placed him on the ground with lots of space he started getting better and started to walk some what straight. after a few mins he started walking straight. i got him a piece of ham and water with 2 ice cubes in it. he ate most of the ham and drank some water. earlier he was on my chest relaxing watching youtube videos well just listening it it. i got him off because he had to use the bathroom on me. hes a little over 2 years old and this is the first time hes done this. hes relaxing in one of my hoodies but im wondering if he got a stroke or was it WHS. should i take him to the vet?

Yes, you need to take him into see a veterinarian, sooner than later in my opinion. Your description sounds like he had a seizure. He needs checked out to see what is going on.
