Exclamation Help!!! Toe is dry, swollen, lump

]This has been going on since I got her, the night I got her from the breeder, I noticed there was an overgrown nail that crossed over the other one. She seems okay but it worries me. It’s been short now and I always make sure her feet arE clean. It is not black , no pus, no blood

That toe looks nasty from that image. Take her to a veterinarian to have it treated. From that image there looks to be a clear line between healthy and unhealthy skin and swelling in the unhealthy part. While it may not have pus and look horrible to you yet, it may very well be infected and/or dying tissue.
