Default Keeping bandage on front arm

Hi all! Very long story short, Millie had a mammary tumor removed that unfortunately left her with nerve damage to her front left arm. She has very minimal movement to it currently and no feeling (or possibly phantom pains). She has been biting and gnawing at it and, so the vet and I have both been wrapping and bandaging it until it heals and hopefully recovers some functioning. The main issue is that she is managing to get the bandages off every once in awhile so the healing process has to start all over again. (Amputation is most likely not an option as she had a complicated surgery and anesthesia is too risky at this time for her)

Does anyone have any advice on how to keep the bandage on? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
