Default Is my hedgehog dehydrated??

I bought this little guy about 4 days ago and I started to notice his poop is very soft and not well formed, it was fine the first two days. I have been making sure he drinks. he won't let me pinch his skin to check and I tried offering watermelon but he wouldn't eat, help?

Dehydration usually causes hard dry poops so he's probably not dehydrated. The soft poops are probably from the stress of a new home.
