Default Bumps in and on ears?

So I was handling Clorette tonight and realised she had red bumps in her right ear and left bumps on her left. Asked the breeder and he said it might be heat spots due to humidity in the bin. He told me to remove her igloo and replace the water bowl with a bottle but I had researched on using the bottle and didn't dare risk her tongue and teeth being compromised. I'm not sure what the bumps are and would like an opinion. My room is quite humid year round so I don't know what to do.

Those look like scabs to me. I've never heard of that happening because of humidity before. I would take him to the vet to have them checked. He could be scratching at his ears.

Hi Nikki, thanks for your response. The problem is I live in a humid country, and even at night it is humid usually. Under my watchful eyes she never scratched her ears so I wouldn't know if she did. Will observe more before bringing her to the vet

So far she's only been scratching a lot, with new quills forcing their way through and with bad dry skin, I only worry about mites and have given a dose of revolution as a precaution. As well as add flaxseed oil into her food
