Default Halp!

My cactus mouse has about 3 big scabs over each of his arms (on his belly). I don't know if this is from running on his wheel or just because I haven't given him a bath for about a month... I'm scared it is cancer, but I tend to over-worry, so maybe it is just from him dragging his arms on his hedgehog wheel. I think I saw something similar on the internet before. Anyway, I don't know what to do. There isn't any open puss, just a scab.

He is also quilling right now, could that be related?

Give him a bath if you haven't already. Keep an eye on the scabs, sometimes they just hurt themselves in weird ways. Make sure there is nothing in the cage he can scratch himself on and watch the scabs to make sure they heal. If they don't go away or more appear then you need to see a vet to make sure there isn't some sort skin infection causing it. My guess is because he is quilling he is itching a lot and somehow caused the scabs by scratching. If they open up and look like raw skin then you can put some regular polysporin or neosporin on them.

RIP Quigley, I miss you my little grumpus.
