Default Rash near the mouth

Hello ,

I have noticed today a rash near Wookies mouth
Managed to get her still for a couple photos, but it's barely visible anyway

Also, i have started seeing green spots (not sure if it's pee or vomit, as i seem to catch her in the act, but seems to have vague traces near the mouth (placed a new hemp mat under her "igloo" today and am also attaching a photo of the green spot). has not been eating anything new.

Any suggestions? Really worried about her

The rash looks like it could be a staph infection which will require antibiotics for treatment. The green spot looks like vomit, hedgehog bile is green. I would remove the mat in case it has something to do with it and watch for more vomit.

The mat was new after the fact. The main signs were on the previous bedding...
Took her to the doctor. Blood was fine, waiting for the bacteriologic tests and most likely will need antibiotics.

Turned out that was vomit, but what seemed dark brown poo was actually also green inside, dark... bleah...

She had a couple of days of not eating or drinking, now she is fine. Added some formula (which is not available in my country due to little market) and waiting to see how thibgs turn out.
