Unhappy Scratching and Biting Herself

I got Nougat a couple weeks ago and everything seemed to be doing fine until tonight. She keeps scratching and biting at herself. I know hedgehogs sometimes scratch while quilling, and she is about 3 and a half months old; about the quilling age, but she is scratching a lot, so I was thinking she might have something.

Any help would be appreciated!

She could have mites. You can take her to the vet to be sure.
