Unhappy Cyst or tumor?

Hello,

One vet says this is a cyst that needs the fluid to be drained once in a while, did a biopsy which came back as non cancerous. Second vet says it's a tumor and it costs over $1000 to have it removed, that it's not hurting her now because it's in the beginning phases but she will suffer later, and that fluid biopsies can not say for sure if it's cancerous or not. I don't know what to do She's been eating, drinking, exercising as usual, she's running her little head off on her wheel as I type. Behavior is usual too and she doesn't flinch or anything when you touch the bump. Has anyone seen something like this before? (Yeah I know she's overweight, she was like that when I adopted her a year ago due to improper care but despite regular exercise and better diet, weight is still an issue). Photos below, had to use gloves because Ms. was unimpressed with me manhandling her for photos lol

It's pretty much impossible for us to say what it is but I would see about having it removed as it looks pretty big and even if she isn't acting like it's painful it still probably is. It can't be comfortable for her. You might want to check with other vets and see what they say.

The only way to know is to get your vet to open it up a tiny bit and squeeze, because of what a cyst is it will come out. But a tumor is different and has to be cut out. But considering the shape it probably isn't a cyst because, cyst are round or oval shaped. But since you stated it's noncancerous it could be a lipoma, or fatty tumor. But I am not a vet....... yet, so I do not know.
