Default Dry skin or something worse?

I recently rescued my first hedgie from a friend of mine who's family wasn't taking the best care of her. They told me she is about 2 years old. Once I got her home I noticed that she was scratching a lot and it is scaring me. she will be running on her wheel for about a minute(a new concept to her as she didn't have one in her last home) and then she will stop and scratch for a minute then she will repeat this multiple times. the only time she doesnt scratch is when shes sleeping or when i hold her and when I hold her some flakes of dead skin will come off onto my black blanket but none of them move so I dont think it is mites but I am not sure. she is in Carefresh bedding and has a snuggle sack. some quills are falling out but not a lot. and I have given her a bath in the Aveeno oatmeal baby wash and she keeps scratching Please help.

Bring her to a vet and have her treated with Revolution. Also try adding some flaxseed oil or coconut oil to her food.
