Exclamation Help! Any idea what could this be? mites? ringworm?

Hi! Im from the Philippines and i just got my Hedgehog, Quinncy.
The moment she relax, i saw this looking-like-a-dried wound (black/brownish red bump) on her ears. I know she has a dry skin since she have not yet took a bath, she just turned 2 months old, yesterday March 2.

I put olive oil w/ vitamin e, to soothe first her dry skin.

Does anyone know, what's this? is this a ring worm? mites?

thank you!!! your response will be so much appreciated

sorry for the photo, she's very active and playful

Those look like sores on her ears. Was she with other hedgehogs before you got her? If she was then it could be from fighting or if she was not with other hedgehogs then it could be from scratching. Is she scratching a lot right now?

Yes it is possible but if she scratching a lot then she probably has mites and scratched her ears herself.
