Grooves on Hedgie Snout?
So today I was taking my extremely squirmish hedgehog for a bath (thus, I couldn't bathe her right and so, she's still quite dirty), and when I put her back in the cage, I noticed that there were several grooves along her snout, plus a poke-mark on the center.
Should I be concerned? Is it anything serious, like a tumor or staph infection? If it is anything serious, is it curable?
Here are some photos.
Note: Try looking at the photo at full res, because as the thumbnail makes it look quite more serious than it really looks with all those edges I pinpointed.
Also, yes, I know that probably isn't good hedgie handling, but don't worry, it was my dad who held the hedgehog and he was sort of squeamish holding it. Still, it didn't even last 10 minutes, so I'm sure the hedgie is fine.

The red lines you added make it pretty hard to see anything. Can you post a picture without them please.
