Question Common Infections and Treatments

Hello! What are some of the most common (and uncommon) rashes, bacterial, and fungal infections and safe antibiotics used to treat them? I fear Ollie has some sort of infection (loosing quills, growing new ones, red bumps under quills, flakey skin, not itchy, doesn't smell "doughy") and we're getting him an appointment soon. Just curious in case they prescribe something strange (I'll still check on here before giving him anything). Pictures are greatly appreciated (even ones on the gross side of the scale)!
