Default Skin infection?!?! Yellow and puss.. Plz help ASAP

I just took my hedgehog out to cuddle and notices some quill loss, not a lot but enough to get my attention. He has these spots all along his quill line and i have no idea what it is. It looks really infected and i'm not sure if it is because he is scratching or if it is more internal.

Have you been to the vet? That was suggested in the other post you made about the same issue.

This is something you really need to go to the vet for. If there is an infection, then your hog needs antibiotics. The infection won't go away on its own.

I know I'm going to try and go to the vet tomorrow, I'm terrified!! I hope he is going to be alright. Is it a simple infection like it is really treatable or is it really serious? Just to get a feel of the severity ?
