Default White-ish yellow gunk on chin/cheeks

What is this white yellow gunk on the cheek skin? I held a warm wet cloth to it to try and soften and remove it but it's pretty tough. A bit of fur is missing as you can see. Widdershins has a vet appointment Saturday but I thought I'd ask so I can do something for whatever this is now.

Has she had any thing to eat that was that color. Some times when they self anoint or lick there mouth they will get some in there hair. When I was syringe feeding my little girl she had that stuff all over her face from the food and her licking at it but not getting it all to go away.

I went through her posting history. Widdershins is a girl, so that doesn't apply after all.

haha I was expecting someone to ask if Widdershins was a boy. She's a pretty princess and her vet visit went well. It was just some food gunk. Thanks everyone!
