Question Sneezing less, but still sneezing

My hedgehog has been sneezing, took him to a vet, and after 7 days on Azithromycin there's definitely an improvement - I haven't seen any snot bubbles, he doesn't lick his nose nearly as much, and there is considerably less sneezing. However, I don't think it's gone completely? I've heard him making sneezing/sniffling noises when eating and digging, and, honestly, if he wasn't sneezing so much before I wouldn't even notice this, but now I'm kinda paranoid. Tonight he sneezed a couple of times while I was holding him.

I called the vet clinic and they told me to schedule another appointment, but it will only be next Saturday. The vet told me I could visit her in another clinic without scheduling if there is an emergency, but, well, there isn't. I wonder if I should look for a different clinic, or maybe give him Azithromycin for a couple more days (because it helps!) or just chill out until Saturday since it's not that bad. Any advice?

What kind of bedding is he on? There's a chance that he may be sensitive to paper/carefresh type bedding. It's dusty and may retain organisms and whatnot.

If you use fleece, do you wash it in unscented detergent?

How's his eating/appetite/activity level and poop doing? Does he act sick?

I've changed carefresh to fleece (washed in unscented detergent) in the first couple of days and it didn't change much, not until I took him to the vet.

Aside from the sneezing he doesn't look sick at all, he is pretty active when you wake him up and runs around a lot at night - if anything, I'd say he is getting more active, but it's probably because him of getting used to a new home. He eats and poops normally as well (one time I noticed a bit of green slime in his poop, probably due to antibiotics, but it went back to normal the next day).

I would at least finish the antibiotics if you still have them. I am surprised that no one else has responded.
