Could be a URI which could turn into pneumonia and be fatal. She needs a vet

My vet came to treat her for a URI (She has never treated a hedgehog but did some research before she came-I dont know any exotic vets here) and gave me Doxicyline. Is Doxicyline ok for hedgehogs? Im giving her 0.15ml twice a day for 5 days.
