Question Sneezing, Licking, but not sick?

I have a 3 month old hedgehog. Recently, he has been sneezing a little bit, his nose is slightly running, and he is constantly licking the air, his nose, and me. Whenever I hold him he licks me nonstop. When I first got him at 6 weeks he did something similar and I took him to the vet. the vet didn't think it was anything serious but he gave him some URI meds anyways. He was on carefresh bedding so I switched him to fleece liners. This is a few months later and for the past 4 days he is doing the same thing again. Everything about his cage is "proper". He has correct heating, lighting, fleece liner, no air draft, eating fine, wheeling fine, sleeping fine. He just won't stop licking his nose and his slightly runny nose won't stop. I don't think I should take him to the vet because he doesn't seem sick to me because he seems perfectly normal aside from the licking and wet nose.

Has anyone had any similar experiences? Like I said, I do not think it is severe enough that he needs to go to the vet, I just find it odd behavior.

I read many posts before posting this, however these symptoms typically point to a URI but I don't believe he has one. To me they seem like allergies, however I didn't think allergies were possible for hedgehogs.
