Default Just a runny nose

My baby was having issues with her stool, so I took her to the vet, and now her stool is thankfully normalizing. But about 2 weeks ago she started getting a noticeably runny nose, with a kind of stuffy sounding breathing every once in a while. Everything else about her was the same, she still ate everything I gave her and drank plenty and ran on her wheel. I've taken her to two different vets (at the same location though) since the runny nose started, and both vets listened to her lungs, and said there was no fluid in them, nothing to indicate a URI, just a runny nose.

I had her on aspen bedding for nearly two months with no issues, but as soon as this started I switched her to fleece liners washed in scent/dye free/hypoallergenic detergent, to try and rule out dust issues. She shouldn't be allergic to the detergent, as she has always slept in snuggle sacks washed in that same soap. The vet also suggested carefresh, but I'd assume that would be dustier than a blanket. Winters here are excruciatingly dry, so I'm using a hydrometer and a humidifier to keep the moisture between 30-37% (comfortable for humans), but I've only been doing that for a couple days.

I'm just so confused as to what to do, both vets seem to think that the runny nose isn't any health concern, as there's no infection or fluid, and she isn't changing her behavior, but she is licking her nose constantly and her snuffling sounds wetter than it did (it's off and on though). Is this common? Is there anything that you guys think the vets could be missing? She is on antibiotics still to help make sure her intestines are healed fully, and we're giving her precautionary revolution as she has very dry, flaky skin as well.

(Sorry for the super long message)

Hedgehogs do have wet noses, like a dog's, but the lots-of-licking does sound like it's more than just that. Not enough experience to say anything more than that, good luck! (And yay!!! that it's not a URI! But Booo!!! that it's ongoing so it'll be harder to spot a URI if one starts...)
