My hedgie started blowing bubbles through his nose

I got my first hedgehog exactly a week ago, he’s 4 months and he’s healthy. Today while he was eating I noticed he got some bubbles in his nose, but he doesn’t look lethargic; he eats well, drinks lots of waters and uses his wheel normally. I’m thinking to take him to the vet, but I was wondering if any other hedgehog owners have had the same problem before. I’m honestly scared because I read most of the cases are related to respiratory infection.

Blowing bubbles through their nose is not normal. You need to make a vet appointment. URIs can turn into pneumonia very quickly.
