Default Sneezing, wheezing, convulsions, extremely itchy

Hello, I have concerns about my hedgehog Pimmetje. She is about 5 months old. I got here about 5 weeks ago. After the first week I got her, she already started sniffing a bit and licking her nose. Since the beginning she also has some weird, strong convulsions every now and then, in the back of her little body. It lasts about 30 seconds and it doesn't seem to hurt her. It doesn't start at a particular moment like after eating. After that she started to quill and she is extremly itchy. She is scratching herself all the time. She got Stronghold for kittens against mites from the vet. One week later she got antibiotics against the runny nose, convulsions. The vet suspected lungworm. The antibiotics didn't help anything. The last few days she is sneezing a lot and she is wheezing. And she is still itching too...I tried flaxseed oil on her skin (with bathing bit she hates water) but no result. I'm quite desperate at this point and I want to comfort my little baby. Does anyone know what to do?? Please help!

I forgot to mention that she eating at own initiative and gaining weight slowly, so those are good signs...and that I tried several beddings like wood, paper and just fleece blankets. I also tried different kinds of food to reduce the symptoms. The vet took a sample of some skin flakes to test her for fungus like ringworm. This week I will get the results of that.
