Default Looking for Reassurance

So I have a hedgie who is about 26 weeks old. On Thursday she took a very sudden turn for the worse showing symptoms such as extreme lethargy, dragging the back of her body, not eating/drinking or pooping, weight loss and very rapid breathing. She seems depressed and was laying still, which is very unlike her. I took her to the vet who says she could have pneumonia but she thinks it's a regular URI. She injected her with fluids both yesterday and today. She prescribed 7 day antibiotics. She was an exotic vet with a huge interest in hedgehogs but more so the wild ones, so she wouldn't be used to the specific care guidelines for an African pygmy one. Hedgie has definitely perked up A LOT since yesterday and I'm force feeding her prescription food. I suppose what I'm asking is have many of you had a hedgehog this sick that has recovered well? I'm just extremely worried, it's horrible to watch. Also wondering is there any special care pointers you could give me?
Thanks guys ?

Yes she can recover from this. It's important that you keep a close eye on her and make sure she is getting enough food and water every day until she's eating normally by herself. Makes sure she is kept at a warm enough temperature and has a good light schedule. Don't give up.
