Default Temporary congestion or URI?

Hi all, some background info: I have had Olive since she was weaned and she is now about 1.5 years old. She has been a chronic nose licker all her life - in fact, my vet agreed to do a trial of antibiotics at her first well visit because I was so paranoid and concerned about her licking, but nothing changed!

Olive has a 2x3 C&C cage with two CHEs. Her cage stays between 76-80 degrees - she seems to prefer it a bit on the high end of this range, as she usually is more active near 80.

Two nights ago there was an incident where my thermostat malfunctioned and the cage rose to almost 90. Luckily I caught it - she was pancaking, but otherwise acted no differently. She ate, drank, wheeled, and peed/pooped normally that night. She did have a couple sneezes when I was watching her, but no snot and no licking beyond her norm.

Being paranoid, I checked on her temperature several more times that night and gently poked her to make sure she was okay. A couple times she sounded a little congested to me - doing her usual huffing, but it sounded a little deeper to me I guess? However, when I checked on her again in the morning, there was no sign of congestion or sneezing. I also bought a new thermostat and her cage temp has been constant since.

The day after, she skipped on her wheel but ate and excreted normally. Today I clipped her nails in case that was the issue. This is probably me being an insane hedgie owner but she was somewhat unusually chill afterwards, almost falling asleep in my hand (usually she scrambles to get back to her cage and get away from me).

Has anyone else had a one-time experience with congestion like that? Do you think there's cause for concern? I am planning on calling the vet tomorrow and probably getting an appointment for Monday to ease my mind anyway, but I am curious. Thanks in advance!

Wanted to update in case anyone runs into a similar situation. We went to the vet today and she agreed that she sounded congested in her nose/sinuses, but thankfully her lungs were clear. She got a 10 day course of Orbax and otherwise a clear bill of health.
