Default Isn't getting any better?

Hi, the reason I am writing this is because my hedgehog has been dealing with pneumonia for a good 3 months now. I have taken him to two different vets and yet nothing seems to be working. At first I took him to a Pet Emergency Center as he was getting worse and his primary vet at the time couldn't treat him for another week or so, and xrays were taken. They gave him a nebulizing treatment, three antibiotical shots, and he was on baytril 0.1 cc (I believe) twice a day for 14 days. At the end of the 14 days he was still sneezing and didn't seem to have improved. So two days later, I took him to a new vet where I was given, I believe it was tribrissen, to give to him 0.2cc twice a day for a month and a half as well as in-home nebulizing medicine regime which was performed twice a day for 10 minutes for 12 days. Towards the end he seemed to be getting better and we were scheduled to have a second set of xrays done to see if the infection was gone on Saturday. But on the Sunday before, I noticed that he was getting fussy with his medicine and would salivate and lick himself to get it out. Then I realized he had been doing this for the past two days without my knowing. On Monday he was back to the occasional (but frequent) sneeze, and excessive nose licking. So I called the vet on Tuesday and he was prescribed 0.1cc of amoxicillin twice a day for a month and a half. This was about 12 days ago and so far I have seen little to no improvement. He still frequently sneezes, and licks his nose A LOT. I have also noticed that sometimes he will shake and rock back and forth , and I can hear noises as if hes struggling to breath so i'll pat his back and that usually works, but I have no clue what it is. I don't know what else to do and everything we've tried thus far has failed. Does anyone have any recommendations??

I would have the vet x-ray her again to see if she has fluid in her lungs or if something else is going on.
