Default Ingrown hair or something more sinister?

Over the past few weeks, I have noticed a tiny little pimple-like bump on Pip's upper lip. It has not seemingly grown or changed in color until tonight after his bath. A little red dot in the centre appeared but then dissipated once he cooled down. What was abnormal was that he really wanted me to examine it; for the first time ever he let me palpate his lip and check his teeth. I couldn't see anything in that little mouth. The bump felt hard and was movable but his lip does look a bit swollen. I should note this is also the side I have been administering his antibiotics on; he has had a reoccuring bladder infection and is now on .2 ml of Chlor Pharm 2x a day for 28 days. We are now at the 3 week mark. I would greatly appreciate any assistance... I love this special little guy more than life itself and his doctor is gone until after New Years! ~ Thank you, Amy and Pip

I didn't have advice to help you, but how's he looking now? Did it get better?

It is all gone, thank goodness! I think it was a tiny ingrown hair from the syringe rubbing it!
