Default Bump Below Eye

My hedgie just recently developed a huge bump under eye/side of his mouth. He has still been eating but I noticed he isn't chewing as well. Is it a tooth problem or maybe a tumor? I'm a little nervous to take him to the vet because I'm not sure if I cant afford to have a tooth taken out. Does anyone know the average price for this? He is 4 years old.

Pricing would be hard to estimate based on location and vet availability. It could be anything from an broken tooth to a tumor, unfortunately it’s hard to say. I’d highly recommend a vet visit; if it’s a reputable vet they will work the monetary process out with you, but for your Hedgie health, he needs to be seen by a professional.
