So my hedgehog is in medication for an open wound. Before I could even feed her last dose of painkiller for the day (3-4 times a day & 13 drops)(given orally) she vomits. I turn her back on her feet and let her finish. Then I wipe her mouth and let her down to rest in her favorite corner because I was worried.

I don't know what could've caused her to throw up. But after I put her down, she would start gagging/dry heaving? Non stop and it really looked like she was disturbed.

And even when she is not eating, I always hear her kind of chewing? Or like a clicking sound from her mouth? Does that indicate something is stuck and possibly the cause of her vomiting?

She yawns an awful lot too? I'm not sure if it's her yawning or her stretching her mouth open trying to get the thing stuck in her mouth out? I'm not too sure?

I really need help, I don't know what to do and I'm so worried that she will get worse. Plus, watching her gagging/dry heaving continuously and not being able to sleep really worries me. It looks like she is in pain honestly ): need advice!

If she's gagging and dry heaving constantly you need to take her back to the vet ASAP.

It does sound like she has something stuck. Can you see inside her mouth? If not, you need to take her in ASAP so they can check. If you can't see anything stuck & her behavior continues, you also need to take her in ASAP so they can figure out what's going on.
