Unhappy Please Help I Think He's Sick or Worse :((

Hey all! Quilly has not been acting right at all! He barley curls up into his normal spikey ball, he hardly eats, and hes only drinking minimally! He's even been laying outside of his little hut which is super strange for him The closest vet is still almost two hours away from me and i just dont know what to do! He's almost 2 years old and i am freaking out like crazy! If anyone has any information or advice please please tell me!!!

Need more information...
How long has he been acting different?
Barely eating... How much was he eating before? How much is he eating now? How long has this been going on? Any recent diet changes?
Drinking minimally... How long has that been going on? How much of a difference from before?
What is the temperature in the cage? How about lighting schedule? Any changes in either? Is his belly cool or warm?

You may have an emergency on your hands or it may not be. Without knowing more, it's impossible to tell.

He usually eats a pretty good amount every night and at least a couple treats, same with water i have to refill the bowl every other day! it looked like maybe only a few bites were missing from the food bowl today! His cage is around 76 degrees and he has light from about 8 am to 9 pm. His belly felt a little cool last night so i took him out, wrapped him up, and held him against my belly for about an hour.

Last night, did he warm up and become at least halfway active and normal? Is his belly warm now? How are you heating the cage, and do you have a thermometer in the cage? How consistent is his cage temperature?

He became mobile and drank water after i held him for a while. I have two heat lamps on his cage and the thermostat reading is 76. The thermostat is correct cause i checked it with others last night. I'm not sure how his belly feels right now because im at work but my mom called and said that he is laying outside of his hut infront of the food and water bowl.

Call your mom and have her check his belly.
Lamps or CHE? Does it emit light?

Thermostats are not always accurate, you need a termometer in the cage to know the real temperature.

I don't really have anything to add but the water and food bowl should be washed with water and soap every night to prevent infection. Someone had a bacterial infection in her hands not too long ago because she was not washing the bowls every day.

I talked to my mom and she said that he isnt laying outside in his cage now he's back in his hut and that he temperature is still constant. She's a little afraid of him but said that she tried to pet him and he didnt hiss and puff up like usual

Ok. How are you heating the cage?
You mentioned "heat lamps" are those ceramic heat emitters or bulbs that produce light?
Is there a thermometer reading the temperature in the cage?
Is the heat source controlled by a thermostat?
Is the temperature the same throughout the whole cage? And is it consistent throughout day and night?

Sounds like you were dealing with a hibernation attempt last night. After an attempt a lot can go wrong.

Yes the bulbs are CHE and the heat is constant throughout the day and night! i use a thermostat to control it and keep it constant. I keep the thermometer near his bedding inside of the cage.
