Unhappy Concerned

My boy was acting very strange a few minutes ago, and being the worrier I am, I'm worried something's wrong. I got up randomly about an hour ago (4am) and noticed that I hadn't heard Loki out at all and he hadn't touched his food yet. So I got him out toake sure he was okay and he just stood over his food dish. He started walking around his cage, stopped In a corner and kind of tripped? This really freak me out. I took him out and felt his belly-it wasn't cold, but it wasn't to warm either. I warmed him up for a bit, and spent that time also trying to get him to drink something. I put him back in and he still won't really eat as much as he normally does, but other than that he's back to normal. Any opinions on this? I feel like im overreacting, but better safe than sorry!

Sounds like it might have been the very beginning of a hibernation attempt. What kind of heating set up do you use? What temperature is his cage at? Does he get a 12-14 hour light schedule?
