I would be worried about appling too much as well. A couple times I put like two drops of flax oil in her foot bath and it seemed to help her dry skin, she apllied it to her quills her self because she annoited with the water lol, I did try brushing some on her and getting it on her skin I don't know if it was successful though.

I find putting the oil on her wet food (canned pumpkin or baby food) to be pretty helpfull.

Annie&Tibbers, great suggestion! I will have to try that scent game, especially since my little one seems uninterested in everything except her wheel and pipe and digging in her litter and I feel like she needs more stimulation!

Haley, I've been wondering about using distilled water because I have two gallons of it that I was using for a venus fly trap until my cats ate it!
