Lightbulb Forehead quilling

Hello guys,

I hope anyone can tell me something. My hedgie (14 weeks) lost his quills in forehead. I'm going to attach photos before and after the loss (both from this week). Anyone know what it can be?
He is dewormed.

Thank you so much and have a nice Easter.

Looks like some type of a skin infection. He needs to see a vet for treatment.
