Default Not enough quills?

I'm worried my hedgehog might not have enough quills. I got her back at the end of October so roughly 2 months ago. I got her from someone looking to rehome her, I was told she was roughly a year and a half old. Anyways I'm worried she doesn't have enough quills. She doesn't have any bald spots but I feel like her quills are very thick/full. I can always see her back/skin she has been this way since I got her. She also looses her quills. The last two times I've cleaned her cages she had quills in the bottom of it. She does have some dry skin too. I feed her spikes hedgehog food with the occasional meal worms from time to time. Not sure if I should take her to the vet or if she is fine and I'm just a nervous nelly.

When in doubt it's always best to get it checked out by a vet.

Also hedgehog food is not good for hedgies. I would slowly transition her out into high quality cat foods. You can get very good information on high quality cat foods in the diet and nutrition part of the forums.
