Default Quilling and Scabs

I just got my baby last week. She has started quilling and is very grumpy! She has multiple scabs on her body and dry skin. I'm giving her an oatmeal bath tomorrow afternoon. I have handled her every night for about 2 hours even though she mostay just crawls around and cuddles into my shirt. Tonight I noticed the scabs I have never owned a hedgehog before and just want to do what is best for her. She is on aspen bedding. I am switching to fleece once her poop returns to normal. It keeps getting runny and green then solidish and brown. It's just hard to clean off the fleece. I'm just not sure if this is normal or if need to take her to the vet. I attached some pictures.

I would head to the vet. That doesn't look normal to me, even for quilling, and it could be a skin infection. Hedgehogs are pretty susceptible to them since quilling opens so many entryways to their body for bacteria.
